How do I make a referral?

Submit an enquiry and our friendly Intake Officer call to chat through how Amazing Grace Community Services can assist you with your Accommodation needs.

We are all about building strong relationships. Amazing Grace will work with you and your supports to gather as much information as we can to make your transition to your new place as seamless as possible. We might ask you to complete a referral form, as this prompts us to make sure we get all the information we need.

Amazing Grace will show you our suitable available share properties and work with you to find a housemate who shares your interests. We can also show you our vacant properties if you plan to live by yourself.

Once we have all your information we can put this into a quote and develop your Residential Service Agreement and Board and Lodging Agreement. We walk you through exactly what is covered in your accommodation and talk with you about the things you will need to pay for out of your own money (rather than NDIS funding).

Some people like to move straight in and start their new life, while others like to move through a slower transition. Whatever you chose, we will support you to ensure that you feel comfortable in your new home.
