Drop In Supports
Amazing Grace Community Services drop in support which helps to develop and maintain your independent living skills to achieve the goals set out in your NDIS Plan.
Our friendly support workers can help you to build your independence areas such as:
Cooking
Cleaning
Budgeting
Shopping
Managing your medication
Access to community and health services.
Community Access
We provide you with opportunities to attend enriching, positive activities and events in the community. We work closely with you to learn about your interests and hobbies so we can plan engaging outings that YOU want to do.
We believe that social inclusion is empowering for all, it builds networks, friendships and can open you up to new experiences.
We match support workers with you that share your interests and that you feel comfortable with.
Some activities our current participants enjoy are:
fishing & crabbing
going to local markets
walking along the beach
swimming at Litchfield National Park or Berry Springs
walking around one of the many wildlife parks
taking photos of fauna & flora at Windows on The Wetland
going to local events, concerts & sporting games
watching a movie at the cinema
